Comprehensive Sports Nutrition Analysis
Join with Total Nutrition Counseling to benefit from a full evaluation of your athletic goals and health needs. This package includes an assessment of your current diet intake, sports nutrition regime, diet, and medical history, medications, current vitamins, herbs, and supplements. Sweat rate analysis to asses hydration needs, and body fat composition. Melissa carefully designs your meal plan covering all phases of your training (baseline, competition, and off season), including pre, during and recovery nutrition for race day. Additional meal plans like, weight loss, muscle gain, carbohydrate loading are optional based on health and athletic goals.

This entails a 1/2 hour follow up appointment, comprised of body composition analysis monitoring, reassessment and continued monitoring of your athletic nutritional needs.
Follow ups are provided as an extension of the sports nutrition comprehensive package. These follow ups are integral to achieve your goals and check outcomes to validate you are on track.
Dominate Race Day Nutrition
Receive race day nutrition with Melissa. Race day nutrition includes, hydration, PRE, During and Post sports nutrition that is tailored to your needs.
Melissa has a variety of programs for different needs and lifestyles. For example, my 6, 12, and 18-week programs include one hour meeting either 6 times for the 6 week, 12 times for the 12 week, and son on. It’s a great program for those training for endurance events like; Ironman, Leadville mountain bike or run, centuries, ultra marathons, etc. You can break up the sessions into 1/2 hour sessions, whatever works for your schedule.
